More photos and a change of plans

Today is absolutely chucking it down with rain, and I'm supposed to be going to a local village with my dad, but that won't be happening as we planned to go down to the river. It will now be really muddy, so we will have to change our plans.

We will still go out but we will have to go somewhere else instead.I'm not sure where maybe the lake or local shopping center, we will see.

At the start of the week the weather was better, and we even had a few spring days during which I got some jobs done in the garden.

Saturday's photo is of the green candle I used for my full moon money spell, I should say I'm not really into spells, but I saw this on the writing site I use. I've done it for a few months now, and the idea is you light a green candle at full moon and put money around it.Money you need should then come to you. Sometimes it seems to work, sometimes it doesn't.

Sunday's photo is of a fir cone or pine cone that I collected on the beach at Amble on Friday. What's strange about it is that there were no obvious trees around so I can only assume it had blown there or possibly an animal had moved it.

Monday's photo is of the grey clouds which came rolling over when I decided to go out into the garden, needless to say I never got there.

Tuesday was a lovely spring day, it was warm and sunny and there was a slight breeze. I spent some time weeding my strawberry bed although there is still lots to do.I was pleased to see that I had a daffodil flowering, well actually it's a narcissus as it's one of the small ones. This became my photo of the day, I love this photo as it's sunny and shows the blue sky and clouds.

On Wednesday morning I was up early for work, the morning was icy and I was stood waiting for a friend to give me a lift. she was a couple of minutes late so I took the chance to take a photo of the lovely sunrise. I don't see many sunrises as I'm normally in bed so I was pleased to get a photo.

Thursday's photo is another macro one, this time of a Fiat Punto cylinder head. I think it's come out quite well, and my photos are improving.
